How Our Network Works
Talk to a provider
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent provider in the network. That person runs or works for a local pest control or wildlife removal business. Oceanwinner Pest Control does not send its own crews, because it has none.
The first contact is about your situation. The provider listens, asks questions and explains the next step.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a short, practical conversation. The provider will usually ask:
- What pest or animal you have seen, and where.
- How long it has been going on.
- What type of home you have, such as a concrete block house, a condo or a townhome.
- Whether you have noticed damage.
Have your photos and notes ready. They answer most of these questions fast. Request a callback to check provider availability, since call hours and response times vary by provider.
What to Ask a Provider
A few questions make estimates easier to compare:
- Will you inspect before quoting? What will you look for?
- What methods or products would you use, and why?
- Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
- How many visits are expected, and is follow-up included?
- Are there steps I should take before and after treatment?
- Can you help me document damage if I need it for an insurance claim?
Typical U.S. prices vary widely by pest, home size and severity. A written quote is the only number that counts.
You Are in Control
A request does not lock you in. You can ask questions, compare estimates and decide when you are ready. Know your options first. If a provider cannot explain the plan in plain words, keep looking.
Keep every quote, receipt and message. Records help if the problem returns or if you need to talk to your insurer.
